Found a rule that looks out of date? Tell us and point us at the source. We will fix it.

We read every message. The fastest way to help us keep these pages right is to tell us when one looks wrong.

Report an error on a state page

If a rule does not match what your state agency told you, email us with the state, the page and the source you are looking at. We re-check it against the primary source and update the page, then log the change in the changelog. Point us at the official page or statute if you have it; it speeds up the fix.

What we cannot do

We are a reference publisher, not a state agency or a law firm. We cannot look up your case, tell you your eligibility date, process a reinstatement or give legal advice and we cannot help contest a charge. For a decision on your situation, contact the licensing agency linked on your state page. For a contested case or a hearing, talk to a licensed DUI attorney. What we can do is make sure the rules on the page are accurate and current.

An independent reference project, not a state agency or law firm. Educational information, not legal advice. Confirm the current rules with your state before you act.
